An article about the experience of getting interviewed in Second Life by an author that hadn't been in SL before the interview. He did pretty well for a brand-new avatar, and his observations about the experience show a great window into the world of SL as seen by non-SL'ers.

We love our avatars and have gotten so used to the ways they act that we don't even notice how odd it is sometimes (AFK, for example). To newbies, though, that sort of body language in-world can be startling, mystifying, or confusing. Fascinating.
