One of the first (or the first?) full TV studios constructed in SL belongs to Sky News International. From the story and video on their web site, they have already done a full simul-cast from the live studio and SL studio, complete with avatars for all the guests on the show.

This studio is a nice place to check out of you are touring. It might end up being a cool meeting place for folks to talk about media projects (esp. video) as well, or to practice creating TV shows yourself (be creative here, they don't offer push-button tools for that at this location).
