Gestures Manager: Each scene lists the known-needed gestures and/or poses for the actors to use, and it is the Gesture Master's job to locate, obtain or create these gestures/poses and make sure each of the actors have what they need for the scene.
Your job may also involve training new actors and extras on how to set up and use their gestures/poses during the shoot. If you are the Gesture Master for a scene, contact any actors that will be using gestures (check the script), and work with them individually to get them what they need. They may have everything they need already in their inventory, or you may need to get it for them.
The Gestures Manager should have a large inventory of gestures and animations and have a love of gestures and poses in general. Scripted pose balls may also be part of the scene, esp. for special effects, and the Gestures Manager would be part of the special effects crew for that.
The Gestures Manager can also suggest additional poses for use in the scene to the Director before the shoot or during the shooting rehersals.
